LOCANDA CIRCLE – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Membership
Locanda Circle membership is complimentary and available to eligible guests staying at participating properties.
Each membership and card is personal to the registered member and may not be transferred, sold or shared with another person.
Locanda reserves the right to request identification when issuing stamps or redeeming rewards.
Qualifying Nights
A Qualifying Night is a paid and completed overnight stay booked directly with a participating Locanda Circle property through an approved direct booking channel.
Approved direct channels may include:
- The property’s official website
- Locanda’s official website
- Direct WhatsApp reservation
- Telephone reservation
- Email reservation
- Reservation made directly at the property
- Other direct channels expressly approved by Locanda
One qualifying paid night earns one stamp.
Non-Qualifying Reservations
Reservations made through third-party platforms or intermediaries do not qualify for stamps.
This includes, but is not limited to, reservations made through online travel agencies such as Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia or other third-party distribution channels.
The following also do not normally qualify:
- Complimentary stays
- Reward nights
- Cancelled reservations
- No-shows
- Unpaid nights
- Promotional or special reservations specifically designated as non-qualifying
Guests arriving through a third-party booking are nevertheless welcome to join Locanda Circle and begin collecting qualifying nights from their next eligible direct reservation.
Earning Stamps
Stamps are issued only after verification of an eligible direct reservation.
Stamps cannot normally be issued for previous stays completed before joining Locanda Circle.
Locanda may maintain an internal record of qualifying nights associated with each membership.
Reward
After collecting 10 qualifying nights, the member becomes eligible for one complimentary reward night at a participating Locanda Circle property.
The complimentary night:
- Is subject to availability.
- Must be reserved directly with the participating property.
- Is for the registered Locanda Circle member.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be sold or transferred.
- Cannot be combined with certain promotions or special offers.
- Does not itself earn an additional stamp.
- May be subject to accommodation-category and occupancy conditions.
- Must comply with the property’s normal reservation and guest policies.
Any applicable taxes, additional guests, upgrades, meals, activities, transfers or additional services not expressly included in the reward remain payable by the guest.
Availability
Reward nights are subject to availability at the participating property.
Locanda may restrict reward availability during exceptional periods, special events, peak-demand dates or when operational circumstances reasonably require it.
We will always aim to offer members reasonable opportunities to use their earned rewards.
Lost or Damaged Cards
Guests should take reasonable care of their Locanda Circle card.
Where a card is lost or damaged, Locanda may issue a replacement and restore qualifying nights that can be verified through our internal records.
Unverifiable physical stamps may not be recoverable.
Misuse
Locanda reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withdraw stamps or rewards in cases involving fraud, altered or counterfeit stamps, duplicate claims, abuse of the program or other misuse.
Participating Properties
Locanda Circle is initially available at selected participating Locanda Collective properties.
Participating properties and benefits may be added, removed or changed as the program develops.
Program Changes
Locanda reserves the right to modify the structure, benefits, participating properties and terms of Locanda Circle.
Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting existing member benefits will be communicated appropriately.
Personal Information
Information provided when joining Locanda Circle may be used to administer membership, verify qualifying stays, manage rewards and communicate with members in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.
Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent requirements.
